Alpha Track / Crypto narrative tracking
Narrative intelligence · semantic clustering

Don’t follow every post. Follow the story forming between them.

Alpha Track’s narrative layer uses message classification, entities, and semantic embeddings to group related crypto conversations. The result is a map of what the market is discussing—and the foundation for tracking how those stories evolve.

Interactive map available now. Persistent narrative timelines and alerts are in development.

The model

A story is an event. A narrative is the idea that keeps returning.

A listing, exploit, vote, launch, or rumor may dominate a day. A market narrative lasts longer: it connects related episodes around a persistent question or thesis. Alpha Track is designed to preserve that distinction.

01

Messages

Individual observations, claims, opinions, reactions, and promotions from covered sources.

02

Story clusters

Semantically related messages grouped around the same developing event or claim.

03

Narratives

Persistent stories made of multiple episodes, participants, and changes in attention over time.

Why embeddings matter

Crypto rarely uses one clean vocabulary.

One source names a protocol. Another mentions a ticker. A third discusses an upgrade, founder, chain, or market consequence without repeating the headline. Keyword counts can split one story into fragments or merge unrelated stories that share a fashionable term.

Semantic embeddings place messages according to meaning. Combined with entity extraction and message classification, they create a stronger starting point for story clusters. Editorial and system checks still matter: similarity can suggest a relationship, but it does not prove that two sources are independent or that either claim is correct.

Narrative lifecycle

The signal is often the change in the story.

The planned persistent layer follows state changes that a list of trending words cannot show on its own.

Emerging

A new story forms

Independent sources begin discussing a coherent idea before it reaches every segment.

Expanding

The story crosses audiences

A technical discussion migrates into trader, investor, community, or mainstream channels.

Fading

Attention leaves

Volume and breadth decline, even if the underlying claim remains unresolved.

Reframed

The argument changes

The same narrative returns with a different focus, participant set, or central question.

Colliding

Two stories converge

Previously separate themes begin appearing in the same conversations and sources.

Promoted

Organic and coordinated attention diverge

Repetition, source concentration, and message composition can reveal a suspected promo wave.

Competitive position

Built for the gap between a trend dashboard and your own portfolio.

Established platforms such as Kaito, LunarCrush, and Santiment map broad social attention, mindshare, and sentiment. Alpha Track’s product direction is more personal and delivery-led: connect semantic stories to the projects a user selected, then bring the update into Telegram with source context.

Questions

Crypto narrative tracking FAQ

What is a crypto narrative?

A crypto narrative is a persistent market story or thesis that links multiple events, participants, and arguments over time. It is broader than one headline or keyword spike.

Does the map show trading signals?

No. It visualizes conversation structure. Narrative attention can be informative, manipulated, late, or unrelated to future price.

Are narrative alerts available?

The interactive map is available as a website preview. Persistent tracking, timelines, and lifecycle alerts are developing product capabilities.

How do embeddings help?

Embeddings represent semantic meaning, helping group differently worded messages about the same underlying story. They are combined with entities and classifications rather than treated as proof by themselves.
